Hospital Director of Pharmacy Services - Make Up to $200K + Annual Bonus in Northern Ohio

Description

Lead pharmacy services at an independent, not-for-profit regional teaching hospital in north-central Ohio. This is an opportunity to oversee a comprehensive hospital pharmacy department, lead managers and clinical/operational teams, and influence medication safety, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and patient care. The organization offers an established PGY1 pharmacy residency program, a collaborative leadership environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without working within a large corporate health system.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited institution and at least three years of pharmacy management experience in a progressive acute care hospital environment, including inpatient and outpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Previous Director of Pharmacy experience is not required, but strong leadership, budget management, regulatory knowledge, policy development, and communication skills are essential. An Ohio pharmacist license and a master’s degree or MBA are preferred. This is not an entry-level leadership opportunity.
