Lead TMS and Spravato services across multiple outpatient sites
Oversee clinical quality improvement, peer review, and provider education
Supervise and collaborate with APPs across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee
Partner with CMO on new program launches and clinical hiring
Support complex cases and provide daytime on-call backup for providers
Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry required
Minimum of 2 years in physician leadership experience required
NC, VA, and TN licenses required or obtainable within 90 days of hire
