Family Practice Physician Needed in New Jersey

Shifts: 8 am – 4 pm and 2 pm – 9 pm; 2 day and 2 evening shifts per week
3 – 4 weekend shifts per month, typically 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays
Solo provider role with both booked appointments and walk-in patients
Open-access primary care with 22 – 25 patients per day
Experience with chronic care management and acute care medicine preferred
Competitive hourly rate with strong bonus structure and relocation assistance

Board-certified or board-eligible; DEA required; residents and experienced physicians welcome
