  • Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm; no weekends, holidays, or call
  • Manageable caseload in a collaborative, integrated care model
  • Works alongside primary care providers in employer-sponsored health centers
  • Primarily individual and family counseling: anxiety, depression, trauma, and more
  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure required; candidates under supervision considered
  • Master's degree in social work or related behavioral health field required
  • Located outside of Evansville in Indiana
