Part-time position with flexible scheduling options
Evening shifts run 2 pm – 9 pm, 1 – 2 evenings per week
Weekend shifts run 8 am – 6 pm with flex-day scheduling
Solo provider role managing booked appointments and walk-ins
Experience with chronic care and acute care medicine preferred
Patient census of 22 – 25 patients per day in a clinic setting
Urgent care experience preferred; board-certified or board-eligible required
DEA required; competitive hourly compensation offered
