Quick Facts

  • 8 – 10 shifts per month — overnight rounding and admissions
  • Census of 30 – 35 patients, shared with another provider
  • Open ICU environment
  • Ventilator management, intubations, and EKG interpretation required
  • Central lines, arterial lines, cardioversion, LP, paracentesis preferred
  • Must be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
  • Newborn nursery care experience required — NRP certification needed
  • Must respond to hospital codes
