Quick Facts

  • Mon – Fri onsite coverage: 7 am – 7 pm; 7 on / 7 off preferred schedule
  • Sat & Sun: 24-hr coverage — approx. 4 hrs onsite; arrive 6 am for rounding
  • In-house call; 1:3 ratio — weekday call 4:30 pm – 6 am
  • 8 – 10 inpatient patients per shift; 3 admissions per shift
  • Inpatient setting — ICU and stepdown rounding required
  • Cardiothoracic experience required — EVH proficiency essential
  • OR responsibilities include EVH; endoscopic vein harvesting may be needed
  • Provider assists in training new APPs on EVH procedures
