An established pain management practice is seeking a CRNA for a permanent 1099 position offering $250/hour and a 6-hour daily minimum guarantee. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for a non-traditional anesthesia role focused exclusively on pain management cases while maintaining a high degree of independence.
The schedule offers ongoing work but requires flexibility. Providers can expect anywhere from 3 to 5 shifts per week, with the number of days varying based on patient volume and practice needs. For example, one week may consist of 3 shifts while the next may require 5. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable with a fluctuating weekly schedule.
