FT CRNA to work in Kentucky about 90 minutes to Nashville. Primarily Bread & Butter cases will be performed. With 6 weeks of PTO there are plenty of things to do such as golfing, fishing, boating, and nature trails or a short drive to Nashville or Louisville with great restaurants and shopping!
