We are seeking an experienced and passionate CRNA program director for our dynamic Nurse Anesthesia program in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will design and deliver core nurse anesthesia curriculum, guide students through high-fidelity simulation and clinical experiences, and advise them throughout their doctoral journey. You will also contribute to scholarly projects, serve on committees, and engage in research, teaching, and professional service. The ideal candidate holds a doctoral degree (PhD, EdD, or DNP), an unencumbered NC APRN license, current CRNA certification, ACLS and PALS credentials, and at least three years of clinical experience. Teaching experience in a nurse anesthesia or graduate nursing program is preferred. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a $250,000 salary, and a comprehensive benefits package, combining professional fulfillment with exceptional work–life balance.
