My client, a large healthcare organization in Central California is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Physician Contracts to join their team. To be considered candidates must have five years of California experience in physician compensation along with a bachelor's degree. Preferred is a Master's degree along with experience in fair market valuations and contract management. The position is located in a wonderful area that is in close proximity to large metros and a great place to raise a family. The chosen candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, annual bonus potential, and benefits package.
