Description

Community health center in central Connecticut, 45 minutes from Hartford, is in need of a Family Nurse Practitioner! This is 100% outpatient, carrying a panel and working Monday-Friday with one 4-hour shift on a Saturday once a month. Ideal provider will have experience. Bilingual in Spanish or Creole strongly preferred and will pay a differential for having. Offering student loan repayment + relocation for non-locals.
