We are seeking a CRNA to join a flexible and supportive anesthesia team. Multiple shift options are available, including 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts, with alternative scheduling options to accommodate work–life balance preferences.
Compensation is highly competitive, with total earnings starting at $287,000 in year one and increasing up to $334,000 by year five and beyond. Overtime and call are compensated at $180 per hour. A $50,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a four-year commitment. Both W2 and 1099 employment options are available.
The CRNA will provide anesthesia for a broad range of cases, including neurosurgical, vascular, thoracic, pediatric, general surgery, orthopedic, plastic, and urology. No cardiac cases. OB responsibilities are limited to C-sections only. CRNAs do not perform regional blocks but will perform spinals; labor epidurals are not currently required.
This role follows a care team model with two CRNAs and one in-house physician anesthesiologist, plus an additional anesthesiologist on call from home. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and a CME allowance starting at $3,000 in year one and increasing annually to $7,000 in year five and beyond.
