  • Clinic Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  • High acuity pediatric patients
  • 2–5+ years pediatric nephrology inpatient/outpatient experience
  • Manage pediatric hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients
  • Comprehensive CKD care stages 1–5
  • Pre and post kidney transplant care including immunosuppression
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary transplant team
  • Patient and family education on CKD management
