Pediatric Primary Care opportunity for an experienced primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join a FQHC Clinic team to provide primary care to a rural health population in Northern California. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a provider that is passionate about rural health and providing care for an underserved population. The successful candidate will have their own patient panel, minimum of 2 years of primary care experience is required, rural health experience a plus. PNP certification required.
• FQHC Primary Care Clinic
• 2 years of primary care experience required
• M-F Days schedule, no weekends and no call

• Full-time, permanent position
