We are seeking a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Specialist – Hematology/Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) to join our inpatient oncology team at a leading teaching hospital. This highly clinical inpatient role focuses on caring for pediatric patients undergoing complex hematology/oncology treatments and bone marrow transplant therapy, working closely with pediatric oncologists, transplant specialists, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams. The position also includes precepting pharmacy students and residents within a robust teaching environment. The schedule will be mostly M-F daytime hours with some rotating weekends required.
Candidates must have a PharmD and meet one of the following: PGY1 plus several years of oncology pharmacist experience, PGY2 Oncology Residency, PGY2 Pediatric Residency with oncology exposure, or at least five years of dedicated oncology pharmacy experience. Pediatric experience is helpful but strong oncology experience is the primary requirement. Candidates must be eligible for Delaware pharmacist licensure prior to starting and will be expected to obtain BCOP certification when eligible.
