Daytime hours 7 am – 3 pm with pager availability until 7 pm
Lead a team of 6 hospitalist physicians and support staff
Flex role supporting overflow census and complex cases
18-patient cap per provider with Medical Director doing less
Leadership experience preferred for this medical director role
Board-certified IM or FP with hospitalist experience required
Nonprofit hospital reinvesting revenue in technology and staff
