My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Western Montana is seeking a Permanent Onsite Human Resources Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and HR healthcare leadership experience ideally within a Critical Access Hospital. Preferred is a PHR, SPHR, or CHHR Certification along with a Master's Degree. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous compensation package including base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package. This is a great family oriented community that has very good schools. Outdoor activities abound here from the forest trails to flyfishing and more.
