Join a growing outpatient pharmacy team within a respected, non-profit health system in southwestern Oklahoma as a 7on/7off Retail/Outpatient Pharmacist. This role offers flexibility with your choice of a daytime or overnight schedule, along with the opportunity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic setting averaging 500 prescriptions per day. You’ll play a key role in supporting patient care across multiple clinics, with strong technician support and the ability to expand your skillset through optional inpatient cross-training as the system continues to grow.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Retail experience is highly valued given the outpatient focus of this role. The ideal candidate is adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists looking to build experience within a health system that offers both outpatient and potential inpatient exposure.
Located in southwestern Oklahoma, this community offers a low cost of living, access to outdoor recreation, and a welcoming environment for professionals and families alike. The position offers starting compensation at $60/hour or higher depending on experience, with additional shift differentials for nights, weekends, and holidays.
