Description

A well established health system is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in an outpatient setting. This full time opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm with a collaborative environment and strong clinical support. Providers will see approximately 20 to 25 patients per day and will manage a variety of acute and chronic care conditions while building long term relationships with patients in the community.
