Mon – Fri, 7 am – 3 pm/6 pm — full time coverage
Surgical call 1:4 – 6 weekends; 1-day call per week
70% inpatient OR first assist; 30% floor/ICU — no clinic
1,100 cases annually
First assist — valves, heart transplants, VADs, MAZE, CABG
EVH required; endoscopic radial harvesting a strong plus
99% standard procedures — no robotic surgery
Average surgery length 1.5 hours; standard cases 2 – 2.5 hours
