Two schedule options: 7 on / 7 off (182 shifts/year) or 218 annual shifts with flex shifts
Day shifts run 7 am – 7 pm at a not-for-profit teaching hospital in St. Petersburg
Independent, physician-led group with local leadership and transparent bonus structure
Manageable census with APP support and 24/7 Intensivist coverage in a closed ICU
No procedures required; codes and rapids on general medical floors only
Academic medical center affiliation through a formal graduate medical education program
Epic used as the electronic medical records system
Internal Medicine or Family Practice; board-certified or board-eligible required
