  • 4-day work week with Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule
  • 100% outpatient private practice in scenic Litchfield County
  • Join 4 pediatricians at a well-established, patient-centered practice
  • Robust support team including nursing triage, medical assistants, and on-site lactation consultant
  • See 16 – 22 patients per day with light Saturday rotation of 1:6 for emergency sick visits only
  • Pediatric-specific EMR system used practice-wide
  • Comprehensive benefits including parental leave, PTO, and productivity-based incentives
  • Board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians encouraged to apply; DEA required
