Mon – Fri with evening and weekend rotation — open to 5x8s or 4x10s
8 am – 5 pm or 8 am – 6 pm; Saturdays 8 am – 1 pm
2 – 4 patients per hour; walk-ins and last-minute appointments expected
All-ages patient population — pediatrics through geriatrics, excluding infants
Primary care only — mental health and psych visits excluded from schedule
Skills required: wellness exams, chronic conditions, women's health, IUDs
Anxiety and ADHD medication management required
Minimum 2 years NP experience required — independent practice ability needed
