Excellent opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). Join a Primary Care Team in a Community Health Center. This is 100% Outpatient, Monday-Friday with light call and 1:4 Saturday rotation. Comes with full benefits, generous PTO, loan forgiveness and loan repayment eligibility, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus!
