Call: 0 – 2 patients seen per 24 hours; 0 – 3 phone consults per 24 hrs
Outpatient and inpatient practice setting — admissions required
30-minute call response time required
Surgical and non-surgical procedures required — including LASER
Posterior segment, YAG, vitreoretinal, and intraocular injections required
Strabismus surgery and anterior segment procedures required
Ultrasound, fluorescein angiography, and OCT interpretation required
