My client a respected hospital on the scenic Southern Oregon Coast is seeking an experienced Permanent Onsite Director of Surgical Services to join their team. To be considered for the position candidates must have 8 years clinical experience in an acute care hospital in the last 10 years, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in surgery or surgical services, & a minimum of 3 years managerial experience in surgery or surgical services. The position will report up to the CNO and the Director will have at least 5 direct reports reporting up to them. The organization is located within driving distance of Eugene, Roseburg, and Medford. The community offers ocean views, outdoor recreation, a low cost of living, and a tight-knit atmosphere.
