Monday – Friday schedule, 8 am – 5 pm with no on-call responsibilities
Outpatient-only position at a mission-driven federally qualified health center
Approximately 23 – 25 scheduled patients per day
Work with a diverse, underserved population including patients experiencing homelessness
Collaborate with behavioral health providers in an integrated care team model
Opportunity to provide clinical supervision for NPs in the behavioral health program
Epic EMR used throughout the practice
MD or DO; board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
