Quick Facts

  • Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm — closed on federal holidays
  • 18 – 22 patients per day
  • Family medicine clinic — community health, rural health, or FQHC experience preferred
  • All ages seen — pediatric through geriatric
  • Basic primary care — follow-up, wellness, sick visits, chronic health management
  • Preferred skills: joint injections, women's health, IUD, Nexplanon
  • Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience required
  • Hospital privileges required
