  • Schedule — 5 8s or 4 10s, Mon – Fri, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Avg 16 – 20 patients per day
  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Full spectrum primary care — peds to geriatric, excluding OB
  • Includes medication assisted treatment and gender affirming care
  • Experience with chronic conditions required
  • Min 2 years full spectrum primary care experience required
  • Board certification required
