Three office locations available; providers may choose their preferred site
100% outpatient practice serving patients ages 5 – 18
Monday – Saturday availability; schedule is provider discretion with 40-hour week
Patient volume of 65 – 70 patients per week in a full-time role
No call required; initial evaluations and follow-ups only
Child and Adolescent Fellowship required; active NJ license preferred
Highly engaged staff and comfortable office setting with strong EMR support
