Description

An excellent leadership opportunity is available for a Director of Specialty & Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Services with a highly respected academic medical center in Southern California. This is a growth-focused role overseeing the clinical, operational, financial, and strategic direction of expanding Specialty Pharmacy and Ambulatory Care programs.

Qualified candidates must have a Pharm.D. with 8+ years of relevant pharmacist experience and 5+ years of management experience. A strong Specialty Pharmacy background, Ambulatory Care experience, and proven leadership experience are essential. PGY1/PGY2 residency training and a master’s degree in business or a healthcare-related field are preferred. The ideal candidate will be a confident, collaborative leader with a strong track record of career stability and experience growing pharmacy services.

This full-time, day-shift position offers competitive compensation of approximately $193K-$337K annually, a director incentive bonus of up to 15%, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
