Scenic Coastal Northern California community has an opportunity for an experienced primary care Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join a FQHC Clinic team to provide primary care to a rural health population. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a provider that is passionate about rural health and providing care for an underserved population. The successful candidate will have their own patient panel, minimum of 3 years of primary care experience is required, rural health experience a plus.

• M-F Days schedule, no weekends and no call
