Quick Facts

Monday – Friday on-unit schedule with manageable call responsibilities
Weekend call approximately 1:4 rotation; weeknight call approximately 1 night per week
Join an established inpatient behavioral health program with dedicated specialty units
Focus on inpatient substance use disorder and detox care with short patient stays
Ability to flex between SUD and general adult inpatient units based on census
Supervision of Nurse Practitioners required; multidisciplinary team collaboration
Board-eligible or board-certified in Psychiatry; prior SUD or detox experience strongly preferred
Hospital-employed position with performance-based compensation above patient threshold
