Join a community-focused 23-bed Critical Access Hospital in Central Nebraska as Pharmacy Manager. This full-time leadership role oversees pharmacy operations, medication safety, regulatory compliance, technology, quality improvement, and staff management. $20,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits!
Candidates must have a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, with a PharmD preferred. At least one year of hospital pharmacy experience is desirable, including inpatient, emergency, or infusion services. Prior management experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities include Pharmacist-in-Charge duties, technician supervision, USP compliance, medication safety, staff development, budgeting, and pharmacy operations.
