A surgery center near Odessa, Texas has one full-time CRNA opening to join an independent, all-CRNA team. This opportunity offers an exceptional combination of high earning potential and work-life balance, with a $330K salary for a 30-35 hour work week, 10 weeks off, and no call, nights, or weekends.
On top of the $330K salary, you'll receive a $45K sign-on bonus, $15K relocation package, and $50K in student loan repayment—bringing your first-year package to $440K+.
Practice independently in a predictable ASC setting with a bread-and-butter case mix and no after-hours responsibilities.
