  • M-F, 7am – 5pm or 7am – 3:30pm — weeknight & weekend call available
  • Mix of peds over 2 and clinically appropriate peds under 2
  • Children's hospital pediatric facility
  • Dental, ENT, ASA 1 – 2 case mix — no cardiac cases
  • 85% of cases are ASA 1 patients
  • Procedures: pediatrics, ENT, ortho
  • Large blocks of availability preferred — 3 to 4 weeks
