  • Schedule: 8 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday
  • Coverage needed 2 – 3 weeks per month
  • Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections required
  • Epidural steroid injections — cervical, thoracic, and lumbar
  • RFA of lumbar and cervical medial branches required
  • Ultrasound-guided injections and procedures required
  • Intrathecal pump experience preferred
