Unique opportunity for an experienced Primary Care FNP or PA to be the leader of a remote Primary Care Clinical Team for a FQHC Clinic on Cape Cod. This is a 100% Remote position. The ideal provider will have a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience as a provider, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a remote work environment. Must have MA License in hand to apply. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. M-F Days schedule.
