Block schedule of 160 shifts annually — 22 fewer shifts than the standard
Flexible 7-on 7-off schedule averaging 13.3 shifts per month
Day shifts 7 am – 7 pm with option to cover night shifts as needed
Hospital-employed position with a well-established, collaborative team
Average 8 – 15 patients per hospitalist during the shift
Open ICU with support and no procedures required
Open to IM or FM physicians with current hospitalist experience
Southern Wisconsin community is 30 minutes from Madison and 60 minutes from Milwaukee
