  • 7 on 7 off block schedule; 12-hour shifts from 7 am – 7 pm
  • 182 shifts per year providing excellent work-life balance
  • Closed ICU managed by Pulmonary and Critical Care group
  • No procedures required; Rapids and Code response optional
  • Patient census of 15 – 20 with APRN support and 2 – 3 admissions per shift
  • Hospital-employed with 3-year guaranteed base compensation
  • Student loan forgiveness and residency stipends available
  • Epic EMR; Internal Medicine board-certified or board-eligible
