Monday – Friday schedule with 40 hours per week including 8 administrative hours
One late shift per week: 11 am – 8 pm rotation
22 – 24 patients per day in a full-service community health center
Faculty appointment through an accredited university school of medicine included
Mission-driven practice serving underserved populations of all ages, peds to geriatrics
Onsite pharmacy and comprehensive specialty services available at one location
Residency core faculty role with teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development
Board-certified Family Medicine or Med-Peds; DEA required
