My client located a short drive from Cleveland is seeking a Permanent Onsite Senior Clinical ER Nurse Manager to join their team. To be considered candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5 years of ED experience, and 3 years of leadership experience within the ED. The Sr. ER Manager will have 6-7 direct reports and approximately 80 FTE's under them. The community has more of a suburban feel being a great low-cost-of-living place to settle down with lots to do being within a short drive to Cleveland, OH. This position offers a generous base salary, relocation assistance, management incentive bonus, and a wonderful benefits package.
