Pediatrician Needed in Florida for a Full-Time Outpatient Position

Quick Facts

  • 100% outpatient pediatrics in a full-time, Monday – Friday schedule
  • Clinic hours 8 am – 5 pm with approximately 16 patients per day
  • Gradual patient-volume ramp-up available for new hires
  • Minimal after-hours call; nurse-triaged and limited to provider's own patients
  • Weekend rotation across providers; typically no more than 6 weekends per year
  • Federally Qualified Health Center with loan repayment and PSLF eligibility
  • Quarterly and semiannual performance and retention incentives offered
