I’m partnering with a critical access hospital to find a Director of Pharmacy to lead both its retail and inpatient pharmacies.
This is a great opportunity for a pharmacy manager with strong 340B experience who is looking to move into the hospital setting. It is a working leadership role that is currently about 60% staffing and 40% administrative, shifting to about 80% administrative over time.
Position highlights:
$190,000-$225,000 annual salary
Full-time, onsite
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (negotiable)

Experienced inpatient pharmacist reporting to you
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, pharmacy or retail pharmacy management experience with a strong business and operational focus, and 340B experience. An MBA is preferred, and hospital pharmacy experience is a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., as visa sponsorship is not available.
The area on the Oregon coast is a small-town setting known for golfing, long sandy beaches, and a close-knit community.
