- Flexible schedule — 40 hrs per week, Mon – Fri, 8 am – 6 pm
- Provider preferred schedule: Tues – Fri, four 10hr shifts per week
- Average 18 – 21 patients per day
- All ages seen — pediatrics and geriatrics focus
- Outpatient family medicine — follow-up, wellness, preventative, women's health
- 3+ years NP or PA experience in family medicine required
- Nexplanon experience preferred but not required
- Hospital privileges required
