That phrase is front and center in CompHealth's new rebranding campaign, which includes a new website and brand promise that focuses on the company in a new way. That promise — "CompHealth has the best people to help you provide the best healthcare" — not only puts CompHealth's assurance of service and care in the spotlight, but it also features a critical asset and resource for CompHealth's providers and clients: its people.
"For this rebranding campaign, we wanted our people in the spotlight. Our employees, providers and trusted partners all get their dedicated place on the site," said Tricia Warnken, director of marketing for CompHealth.
Although a genie serves as the visual host of the new campaign, most of the photos throughout the new site feature actual CompHealth and CHG Healthcare Services employees. But the improvements to the site run deeper than just the images; the site contains valuable content developed by CompHealth's subject matter experts, as well as authorities outside the company to provide the most comprehensive information available. The specialized content is designed and created to provide value to CompHealth's clients and healthcare professionals; however, it also gives the site a more personal feel than it had in the past.
"The way we used to do business was so transactional. The site was essentially a medical jobs board, with a call to action for providers to contact us if they were interested in a job. Now clients and providers have ready access to all of our resources, including our people" said Warnken.
In addition to the amount of information, the type of content contained on the new site is also critical. Some of the highlights of the site include:

- Client resources with white papers, webinars and articles
- Healthcare staffing and healthcare jobs blogs
- Physician, client and advance practice videos
- An industry news feed, highlighting healthcare trends
