CompHealth recently held its 17th annual Symposium in Deer Valley, UT. Many of our clients from across the country participated in a week full of educational sessions centered on personal and professional growth. Discussions were led by experts in healthcare, time management, employee recognition and recruitment. Check out the highlights in this video! As the video shows, education, relationships, and entertainment combined for a fantastic event. One new featurewas a collaborative session on sourcing, hiring and retaining quality candidates. Led by CompHeSymposiumalth's Stephanie Rollheiser and Jeff Freeman, the session facilitated a discussion where participants shared best practices regarding successful onboarding of new providers into their healthcare facilities. The keynote presentation by photographer Steve Uzzell took all of us on a beautifully illustrated exploration of creative problem solving. The agenda also included invaluable information on process improvement in the "physician recruiting value stream", and navigating through the ever changing healthcare landscape. No Symposium would be the same without a little entertainment. Attendees participated in a memorable evening at the Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp where legendary musicians led us in team building activities. It culminated in an onstage performance by each team, making for a rollicking close to the event. We're already looking forward to next year's event. Stay tuned!?
