New Year's Resolutions

All of us have good intentions though, right? The turning of the calendar brings hope for new possibilities in a new year. But according to the University of Scranton's Journal of Clinical Psychology, that hope seems to fade with most of us before we get to February. That means if your resolution is to lose weight (#1 on the list of Top 10 resolutions), give it a couple of weeks and the gym will quiet down.
