Oncology Rehab Partners Featured in Businessweek as Social Entrepreneurs

As I wrote in a blog post last fall, Oncology Rehab Partners is making huge strides in its quest to create a new standard of care for cancer survivors. With almost 1,000 healthcare practitioners STAR Certified (including some of our own traveling therapists), and dozens of hospitals implementing the STAR Program Certification as their rehabilitation care model, cancer survivors are finding new support for returning to a quality of life they desire after treatment. Bloomberg, which featured a full write up on the company in December, is now honoring Oncology Rehab Partners in its Businessweek poll of America's Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs. An amazing group of 25 organizations are featured this year, with products and services in healthcare, energy, conservation, farming, education, and more. We are so proud of the team at Oncology Rehab Partners for their success, and for being honored as a social entrepreneur. Check out the slide show of companies, and if you'd like to vote them into the Top 5, click here. Voting ends on July 12.
